If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or
• You are using the Site with parental or legal guardian consent.

PLAQH8R reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

PLAQH8R designs and produces apparel in-house featuring proprietary, license-plate-inspired graphic wordmarks and limited-run collections.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Product designs are artistic expressions.
• Graphic placement, stitch alignment, and print positioning may vary slightly.
• Minor variations in fabric texture, ink density, and garment finish are inherent in small-batch production.
• Screen colors may differ from actual garment color.

Limited-drop items may not be restocked once sold out.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and all PLAQH8R products—including but not limited to logos, stylized wordmarks, plate-format slogans, graphic treatments, typography, layout, product photography, and brand identity elements—are the exclusive intellectual property of PLAQH8R Apparel LLC.

PLAQH8R™ and the PLAQH8R logo are proprietary trademarks owned by PLAQH8R Apparel LLC and are protected under applicable state and federal trademark laws. All associated plate-format designs, stylized wordmarks, and graphic compositions are protected by trademark, trade dress, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use PLAQH8R intellectual property without prior written authorization.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, copy, scrape, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any design or content.
• Create derivative works based on PLAQH8R branding or design format.
• Use PLAQH8R marks in connection with resale, marketing, merchandise, or digital content without written authorization.
• Manufacture, commission, or distribute products bearing identical or confusingly similar designs.

Unauthorized resale, duplication, imitation, or replication of PLAQH8R designs constitutes infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees where permitted by law.

PLAQH8R actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

PLAQH8R may offer customizable apparel products.

By submitting custom text, phrases, or designs, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to use all submitted content.
• Your submission does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Your submission is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or offensive.

PLAQH8R reserves the right to reject any customization request at its sole discretion.

Final Sale Policy for Custom Items

All customized products are final sale unless the item contains a manufacturing defect.

PLAQH8R is not responsible for:

• Customer spelling errors.
• Customer-approved formatting.
• Dissatisfaction with content submitted by the customer.

You agree to indemnify PLAQH8R for any claims arising from submitted custom content.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment, you authorize PLAQH8R to charge your selected payment method.

PLAQH8R reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities.
• Cancel suspected bulk or reseller purchases.
• Cancel orders flagged for fraud risk.

Production begins upon order confirmation. Orders cannot be modified once production has commenced.

Certain products may be released in limited quantities or offered via pre-order.

For pre-orders:

• Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays do not entitle you to consequential or incidental damages.
• Refunds may be issued prior to production start, at Company discretion.

Limited releases may be marked final sale.

PLAQH8R actively monitors and enforces against unauthorized resale and duplication.

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

PLAQH8R is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Packages marked delivered by carrier.
• Delays caused by carriers.
• Theft occurring after confirmed delivery.

Standard Apparel

Eligible for return within [14–30] days of delivery if:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags attached
• No signs of damage or alteration

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.

Custom Apparel

Final sale unless defective.

Limited Drop Items

May be designated final sale.

Defect Claims

Customers must notify PLAQH8R within [X] days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

PLAQH8R reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

PLAQH8R complies with applicable federal textile labeling regulations.

Customers agree to follow garment care instructions. PLAQH8R is not liable for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or garment treatment.

Natural fabric shrinkage and wear consistent with normal use are not considered defects.

Except as expressly provided, products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLAQH8R disclaims:

• Implied warranties of merchantability.
• Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Any warranty not expressly stated.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PLAQH8R shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Lost profits
• Emotional distress

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PLAQH8R from any claims arising from:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Custom content submissions.
• Intellectual property infringement.
• Misuse of products.

PLAQH8R products are sold for personal use only.

You may not:

• Purchase for unauthorized resale.
• Use bots or automated systems to secure limited drops.
• Attempt to circumvent purchase limits.

PLAQH8R reserves the right to cancel suspected reseller orders.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona under the Federal Arbitration Act.

You waive:

• The right to a jury trial.
• The right to participate in a class action.

Small claims court actions are permitted where jurisdictionally appropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue for any permitted court action shall lie in Maricopa County, Arizona.

PLAQH8R is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Supply shortages
• Equipment malfunction
• Labor disruption
• Natural disasters
• Government action

PLAQH8R reserves the right to terminate access to the Site or cancel orders for violations of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PLAQH8R regarding Site use and purchases.
