Limited Drop & Pre-Order Products

• Processing times vary based on production volume

• Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or product page

• Production may begin immediately after order confirmation

Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Timelines

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Typical estimates:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

PLAQH8R does not guarantee delivery timelines.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number (if available)

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

PLAQH8R is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to an address issue:

• Reshipping fees may apply

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.

PLAQH8R is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered
• Theft after delivery
• Carrier errors or delays

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

6. Domestic Shipping Only

PLAQH8R currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on:

• Product availability
• Production timing

You will receive separate tracking information if this occurs.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

PLAQH8R does not offer:

• Guaranteed delivery dates
• Refunds for shipping delays outside our control

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once:

• Processing has begun
• The order has shipped

Limited Drop orders may enter production immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation.
