On long drives with her grandparents, license plates became a game — decoding letters, bending numbers, creating meaning where there wasn’t any.

Years later, that same instinct resurfaced.

The Origin

PLAQH8R was founded in 2024 by registered dental hygienist Joni — not to sell tees, but to define a culture.

Since becoming licensed in 2008, she understood what dentistry demands:

Precision.
Detail.
Discipline.
Pride.

But beyond the clinic walls, none of that identity followed.

So she built it.

PLAQH8R was built to carry that identity beyond the clinic.
